More about Me

With over 25 years of experience in both public and private schools across British Columbia, I bring a deep understanding of what teachers and leaders need most: practical support, meaningful learning, and time to breathe.

I’ve had the privilege of working K–12 across all subject areas, with a specialty in literacy, assessment, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Whether I’m supporting a new primary teacher or collaborating with a high school team on cross-curricular instruction, my focus is always on helping educators make intentional choices that lead to real student growth.

I hold a Master’s degree in Education, where my research focused on effective professional development frameworks that support teacher wellbeing. That balance, between improving student outcomes and nurturing teacher sustainability, is at the heart of every workshop, coaching session, or learning series I offer.

When you partner with me, you’re not getting a one-size-fits-all approach. You’re getting:

  • A seasoned educator who knows the realities of today’s classrooms

  • A designer of responsive, research-informed frameworks that are easy to implement

  • A passionate coach who genuinely wants to see every educator feel confident, equipped, and empowered

I bring experience, passion, and a genuine desire to see teachers thrive, not just survive. Whether you're looking for full-day workshops, embedded coaching, curriculum design support, or a book study series built around my book Making Time for It All, I’d love to work alongside you.
